DRAIN PIPE

Two layers pipe (from 3" up to 6" ID available) with an inner spiral wound stainless steel ( AISI304 ) carcass wich determines a high mechanic resistance and allows the repeatable lay pattern ( RLP ) to avoid possible interference with other tank equipements when working. An outer thermoplastic sheath , Rilsan , is extruded over it making the pipe completely leak proof and resistant to most chemicals.

SUCTION LINE

Three layers (6" and 8" ID available) pipe with one more inner thermoplastic sheath (compared to the drain pipe described above ) wich ensure higher pressured and flow rate applications and high compatibility with most flowing chemicals .

SKIMMER LINE

Three layers (3" up to 8" ID available) pipe with one more inner thermoplastic sheath ( compared to the drain pipe described above ) wich ensure higher pressured and flow rate applications and high compatibility with most flowing chemicals . The System adds also a raft device just tuned on the specific application by taking into account the density of the tank chemical. It can be installed into a fixed roof tank too.

RIM FIRE SYSTEM

Our rim fire protection system represents a more efficient way to deliver expanded foam to the seal area and to extinguish rim fires in floating-roof tanks. It delivers high velocity fire extinguishing foam through a flexible pipe in the centre ( inside ) of the tank and out to the critical tank rim area.

We can supply primary and secondary seals complying the API650. They fit the RIM angle area in the roof tank and are designed to be installed into a gap range of 200mm-250mm with a tolerance of ± 100mm
